6 Days Tour Roraima Hike with Local Pemon Guides from Paraitepui in Venezuela - (The Lost World) This tour begins and ends in Santa Elena de Uairén. Day 1 Santa Elena to Kukenan camp (Lunch and dinner) After breakfast at your hotel, transfer 2 hours to Paraitepui, the indigenous community where we started the trek. Check with the park rangers, and then leave with the porters and the guide. After a couple of hours, we crossed the Tek River and later the Kukenan River. We will spend the night in the Kukenan camp. 4 hours walking approx. Day 2 Kukenan camp to base camp (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) Today we continue walking through the savannah towards the base of Mount Roraima. We camped in a meadow at the foot of the tepuy. 3 hours walking approx. Day 3 Base camp to the top (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) From this base we have an ascent of 1,700 m towards the top. A diagonal scar called La Rampa along the face of the mountain takes you through the forest and towards the top. There are no actual ropes or climbing involved, although we passed directly under two waterfalls. We camped in the shade of the rocks in one of the "hotels" of Roraima. 4 hours walking approx. Day 4 At the top (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) A full day of exploration at the top. A point of triangulation at the top marks the limits of Venezuela, Guyana and Brazil. If the weather permits there are some fantastic views from several points, and you will see part of the flora and fauna of Roraima. We stayed in the same camp. Up to 8 hours walking. Day 5 The summit to Kukenan camp (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) It´s time to explore at the top a little more before starting our descent. Then we will start our trek back through the prairies and spend the night in the Río Tek camp. 6 hours walking approx. Day 6 Camp Kukenan to Santa Elena (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) In the morning we returned to Paraitepui where we said goodbye to the porters. Return to your hotel in Santa Elena de Uairen after lunch in a local indigenous community. 3 hours walking approx. Prices $ 330 per person, minimum 4 people, maximum 7 people. Transportation is done in a 4 × 4 Toyota Landcruiser with air conditioning. Included Transportation between Santa Elena and Paraitepui, experienced guide, tents, portable toilet, first aid kit, meals and refreshments during the trek, porters for sleeping tents, food, water and kitchen utensils. Not included Porters for your personal luggage, tips for guides and porters, sleeping bags, sleeping mats, breakfast on day 1 and dinner on day 6.
The Gran Sabana (Classic) tour of 3 or 4 days. This tour can begin and end in Puerto Ordaz or Santa Elena de Santa Elena de Uairén. Day 1 Puerto Ordaz to Kamoiran (lunch and dinner) We visit the Cachamay Park and see the massive waterfalls. We drive south through farmland, then rainforests, gold and diamond mining towns. We climb the escarpment that leads to the Gran Sabana. We will spend the night in a tourist camp near the road. Day 2 Kamoiran to Kavanayen (breakfast, lunch and dinner) After driving to Puerto Liboribo, we took a trip in a 30-minute outboard canoe. A 20-minute walk takes us to the viewpoint at the top of the impressive Chinak-Meru, one of the highest waterfalls in the Gran Sabana. You can walk to the foot of the falls for a refreshing swim. Then we return by canoe to Puerto Liboribo for lunch before driving to the Kavanayen mission of the Capuchino monks for the night. Day 3 Kavanayen to Santa Elena de Uairen (breakfast, lunch and dinner) After returning to the main road, we stop at Kauwi Meru, Kama Falls and Yurauini Falls. Our lunch stop is in Kumarakapai, a Pemon indigenous community. Here you will have the opportunity to buy local handicrafts. Visit some more views on the way to St. Helena de Uairen. We will spend the night in an inn. Day 4 Santa Elena de Uairen to Puerto Ordaz (breakfast and lunch) Return to Puerto Ordaz, visiting Jaspe Falls on the way. Jasper is a formation of volcanic ash and has different shades of colors. Arrive in Puerto Ordaz at the end of the afternoon. Prices USD $ 330 per person, minimum 4 people, maximum 9 people. The tour is in a 4 × 4 Toyota Landcruiser with air conditioning. Included Accommodation, transportation, entrance, experienced guide, meals and refreshments during the trip. Not included. The company is not responsible for the consequences arising from the use or possession of drugs or narcotic substances in our programs and services.
2) Documentation: The tourist should bring their identification documents and visa consular problems if the default of the passport or lack of consular visa, the company is not responsible for any costs incurred by the delay or total loss of services.
3) Reimbursement for cancellation of contracted services by tourists provides as follows: Eighty percent (80%) 30 days before the date of commencement of services. The seventy-five percent (75%) 15 days before the date of commencement of services. Fifty percent (50%) up to one week before the start of the service. Twenty-five percent (25%) until 72 hours before the start of the service.
4) No refunds if you have inadequate travel documents, leaving the tour at any time or use their services voluntarily for the traveler. In case of rain or bad weather or other compelling reasons that might endanger the safety of tourists, the company reserves the right to modify, without the tourist is entitled to claim or recover.
5) Claims: All claims must be submitted in writing to our office, within forty-eight (48) hours following the conclusion of the service.

7 - Reservations and payments:
To reserve a room, make a payment of 100% of total amount of the tour or accommodation in order to ensure that trip and / or accommodation.
-We do not accept any payment on the day of the tour for logistical reasons).
-We do not refund money for re-routing, change of plans, and other personal inconveniences.
- If after making full or partial cancellation of the trip, the person or group of people decides to suspend the tour, in this case there will be a credit note to perform any type of excursion when prefer. You will recalculate the current rates and will not refund the money.
- Each time you make a payment, either by electronic transfer, deposit or other means must email the details of the transaction (name, bank, transaction #, date, payment method and specify the reason for the transaction.) Having purchased, any questions should be asked by phone or e-mail.
8 - What our packages and accommodations include:
- Transportation and water.
- Guide, Indian guides. All meals and drinks (no alcohol, or snacks).
- All lodgings.
The lodge in Canaima National Park are provided by the indigenous inhabitants of the Pemón therefore does not have a power infrastructure as the rest of the country and based on power plants, are limited to providing additional services such as hot water, air conditioning, TV, offering clean, comfortable and generally with an excellent view, and do not need air conditioning because these are located on a height above 900 meters from sea level.
In some cases the distribution of rooms will not be as the customer prefers. The Accommodation in Santa Elena de Uairen is natural tourist camps, will not be available in hotels or inns that are commensurate with the package: In this case if there is a / c, cable tv, hot shower.
In Santa Elena there are only two (2) 4 star hotels we work and if you prefer you may stay there, provided there is availability. If you want to stay in a Hotel or Inn of four stars, must call for availability and the readjustment of its package.

The technicalites of the booking form are captured and retained for a maximum of 60 days. This is required so that On Request bookings can be turned into full bookings once a booking is approved, and for analysis by our teams in case there is an issue with a booking. If you were not logged in when you made a booking then we will email you a username and password so that you can view your booking history and exercise your Right To Be Forgotten (RTBF) if you wish to do that.
Data entered into the booking form, for example name, email address, real address is stored for a maximum of 365 days after the booking's departure date. This information is stored in encrypted form in our database so that only authorised people can view it. If you make a booking then by law we must store your PII whilst the booking is valid. Once the booking has completed, either because it has been cancelled or you have been checked out, then you will be able to exercise your RTBF by logging in and visiting the "Your data" page. Invoice information for completed bookings will still be securely stored in our database to ensure that we abide by relevant tax laws but you will be able to remove all other PII after the booking is completed.
When you consent to your information being stored as described above, we are legally obliged to store this consent in our database. This information will include your IP number and the content of the opt-in form. We will retain this consent notification indefinately (this is a legal requirement).
