Responsibilities: ® has selected tour operators qualified professionals to organize and manage the accommodations, tours and expeditions, travel, programs and activities (the "Programs"). 1. Base Prices: 
All prices are based on two people sharing a room or cabin. All prices and rates are quoted in U.S. dollars Rates are based on current rates and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. 3. The program fee includes: 
Accommodation and meals as indicated in the itinerary (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner,). 4. Excluded: 
International airfare, airport taxes (except as indicated in the itinerary). Excursions, services and meals, marked as "optional" in the itinerary, gratuities trens crew, ships, or aircraft, unless indicated in the itinerary. Passport and visa expenses, baggage insurance, accident or cancellations, personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, internet, other media, and any other items / services not specifically mentioned as included. 
5. Individual and Shared Hosting 
A limited number of single rooms or cabins are available at an additional charge based on "first come, first served". Let's help people applying specifications for room. 6. Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds: 
Payment must be received in full no later than 30 days before the start of the program, and can be made by credit card, bank transfer, check or cash. ® reserves the right to cancel a reservation if full payment has not been received 29 days before departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure full payment is required. All notices of cancellation must be received in writing and will be effective from the date of postmark. If you cancel 120 days or more before departure, a refund less an administrative fee of $ 100.00 per person of your payment will be per person. For cancellations made less than 120 days before departure the following apply: 119-61 days before departure: $ 300 per person, 60-45 days before departure: 50% of the cost of the expedition or program cost; least 44 days before departure: 100% of the cost of the expedition or program. This policy also applies to extensions pre-and post-trip. All airline tickets issued are subject to the carrier's policy. 7. Itinerary changes: 
Itineraries and losagentes submitted are subject to modification and change by ®. or operator (s) tour (s). All reasonable efforts will be made to operate programs as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been sent. 
8. Health Requirements: 
You must be in good physical and mental health. Any physical condition requiring special attention, diet, or treatment must be reported in writing when the reservation is made. ®, and its operator (s) tourist (s) designated (s, reserve the right to refuse the participation of any person as a member of an expedition or program, or to require any traveler to withdraw from an issue or ongoing program at any time, when such action is determined to be in the best interest of the health, safety and general welfare of the group or individual issue or Program member. 
9. Picture:

11. Upon registering in an expedition, program, itinerary, tour, workshop, clinic or training with ® the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions and Responsibilities statement. 
12. Discounts for groups: a group of eight or more people traveling in an expedition, will each receive 10% off the cost of the program. Please ask when booking. 
13. Offer: Register at ®, and give you 5% of the shipping costs to your fitness program!
